Does this sound familiar?
You’ve built a good business, but marketing hasn’t always kept up.
You may be asking:
- Are we clear about who we’re targeting and what we’re saying?
- Which marketing activities are actually worth investing in?
- Are we getting enough from LinkedIn, events and content?
- Do our sales team have what they need?
- Does our website represent the business we’ve become
- Should we use an agency?
- Should we hire our first marketing person?
- How much should we be spending?
- How do we know what’s actually working?
If you’re asking some of these questions, I can help.
About Adrian
25+ years in sales and marketing
I’ve spent more than 25 years working across sales, account management and marketing, including senior roles with Virgin Media, Cable & Wireless, Expedia Group and TechInformed.
Today, I work directly with founders and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses that need experienced marketing advice and support to ensure they get a return from their investment (marketing, done well, should not be a cost).
I also founded Boost, which helps experienced corporate professionals build their own independent businesses.

Who I work best with
I work primarily with established B2B businesses in technology, software, IT services, consulting and professional services. Typically, these are founder or MD-led businesses where marketing has not yet developed as quickly as the rest of the company.
Let’s talk
