These Terms apply to your use of boostfma.com and to the purchase or use of Boost products and services provided by AMW3i Limited (“Boost”, “we”, “us”).
By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing a product/service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Boost
Boost provides services and products designed to help professionals go independent. These may include (without limitation):
- PIVOT Planning Session
- Launch Pack and Scale Pack
- ongoing support blocks/retainers
- the PIVOT book (digital and/or physical)
- training courses
- templates, resources, and other materials
- websites, decks, written materials, visuals, video and other deliverables
2. Using the website
You may use this website for personal and business purposes. You must not:
- misuse the site (e.g. attempt to disrupt or hack it)
- copy or republish website content without permission (see Section 6)
3. Bookings, services and delivery
Briefs and inputs
You agree to provide timely, accurate information and approvals needed to deliver the work. Timelines are estimates and depend on scope stability and responsiveness.
Scope
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, work is delivered based on the agreed scope. Any out-of-scope requests may require additional fees or time.
Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted when:
- they are approved in writing, or
- they are published/used, or
- no issues are raised within 7 days of delivery
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Boost provides structured support and high-quality deliverables, but we do not guarantee specific commercial results, including winning pitches, securing clients, revenue outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, funding outcomes, or employment outcomes.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the brief, market conditions, decision-makers, internal execution, sales performance, and third-party platforms. (See our Disclaimer for more detail.)
5. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Digital products and training
Digital products and training are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where required by UK consumer law.
Booked time (sessions / support blocks)
Booked professional time is non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule, please give reasonable notice where possible.
Payment terms (summary)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:
- PIVOT Planning Session: payable in full in advance to confirm your booking.
- PIVOT Launch Pack: 50% upfront to start delivery, and 50% on completion/hand-off of agreed deliverables.
- Support blocks / support packages / retainers: payable in advance before work is scheduled or commenced.
Any specific pricing, inclusions, milestones and due dates shown on the relevant product page, proposal, or invoice will apply to your purchase and will take precedence if there is a conflict. We reserve the right to pause or reschedule delivery if payments are overdue.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue (e.g. duplicate charge or access failure), contact info@boostfma.com within 7 days and we’ll investigate and resolve promptly.
Discretionary refunds
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, in line with UK consumer law.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website content
All website content (text, graphics, and logos) is owned by AMW3i Limited (or licensed to us) and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.
Client deliverables
Where you purchase a service, you may use the deliverables we create for you for your internal business use and promotion. You may not resell, licence, or distribute Boost templates, frameworks, training materials, or underlying methods without written permission, unless explicitly agreed.
7. Third-party tools and platforms
We may use or recommend third-party tools/platforms (e.g. WordPress, LinkedIn, AI tools, email tools). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, performance issues, account restrictions, or limitations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMW3i Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- use of this website or reliance on its content
- use of any products, training, deliverables, templates or resources we provide
- decisions made or actions taken by you or third parties based on our work
This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, reputational loss, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
