You do not need to be an existing Explore or Launch client to purchase a Support Pack.
How it works
1. Agree the work
Tell us what you need and we’ll agree what can reasonably be delivered within the six-hour pack.
2. We get it done
The six hours are allocated across briefing, production, project management and agreed revisions.
3. Buy more only when you need it
There is no retainer or monthly commitment. Purchase another Support Pack whenever you need additional help.
What’s not included?
Large website builds, full rebrands and complex campaigns require a separate scope and quotation.
We will always agree what can be delivered before starting work.
