I’m Adrian, the founder
After 25 years working across sales, marketing, customer success, and commercial leadership roles, including more than a decade at Expedia Group, I explored going Independent.
A mix of consulting, advising, and fractional work gave me the opportunity to apply my experience across multiple organisations, work with interesting founders and leadership teams at scale-up businesses, and have greater control over how I spent my time.
As I made the transition myself, friends and former colleagues also with corporate backgrounds increasingly asked me the same questions:
- What is it like and how does it actually work?
- How do I position myself?
- Where do I start?
Today, Boost helps others along their journey. It’s different from being a full time pay-as-you-earn employee. It’s not for everyone. It’s not always easy. But, with some guidance and community behind you, it can be extremely rewarding. More varied, more control and flexibility over your diary, and potentially more financially beneficial.
