Background

After more than 25 years working across sales, marketing, customer success, and commercial leadership roles, including over a decade with Expedia Group, I became increasingly interested in the rise of Fractional work and expertise-led careers.

Like many professionals, I discovered that the transition was both exciting and challenging.

There were frameworks, courses, and coaches available, but very little practical guidance built specifically for experienced professionals with deep corporate expertise.

The PIVOT Framework emerged from that experience.

It combines lessons learned from my own journey, conversations with dozens of senior professionals navigating similar transitions, and the practical realities of building a modern expertise-led career.

This course is the result.
