Boost is a fractional marketing agency designed specifically for senior professionals transitioning from the corporate “Enterprise Logo” into independence (fractional, consulting, small business).

We provide the operational infrastructure, including the branding, the digital presence, and the global delivery engine, that allows high-calibre experts to operate with the same authority as the global firms they just left (or are about to leave).

We created this program to reward those who help us grow our ecosystem, allowing you to earn a referral fee or use those credits to fund your own professional transition.

The Program is straightforward

If you introduce a contact to Boost and they sign up for our Pivot Launch Pack, we pay a 10% Referral Fee once the invoice is settled.

  • The Launch Pack: enabling experienced professionals to generate independent revenue – includes in person strategy session, executive brand kit, executive pitch deck, avatar video, beautiful website, and LinkedIn optimisation.
    • Referral Fee: £300

Earning Potential & Strategic Credits You can choose to receive these fees as a direct payment, or, if you are currently planning your own move into independent work, you can apply them as a Strategic Credit against your own Boost costs.

  • The “Self-Funded” Transition: If you are looking at a Scale Pack (2,999) for your own business, referring just three peers who take the same pack reduces your investment by £1,000.
  • No Caps: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the credits you can accrue.
