I founded Boost after 25 years in the corporate world, including some big names like Virgin Media, Cable & Wireless, and Expedia Group. Very grateful for that experience, but went ‘Fractional’ to test out a more independent lifestyle, which led to creating a small marketing agency, helping others on a similar path.

Barry Flaherty

GTM SPECIALIST

Barry supports Boost clients on the commercial side of going independent. Drawing on decades of experience in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market work, he helps Boost clients sharpen their offer, improve how they pitch and follow up, and turn strong conversations into paid work, with a plan and clear messaging.

Alice

AI AGENT

Alice, our AI Agent, helps Boost communicate frameworks and resources through video and digital guidance. Her role will gradually expand to support the development of PIVOT Planning Session and Launch Pack assets, reflecting Boost’s commitment to combining human judgement with AI-enabled execution.
